How It Works
- Dislodges pests: Removes flatworms, nudibranchs crustaceans and other pests via osmotic shock
- Antimicrobial and Antiseptic: Suppresses surface bacteria & protozoa to help with recovery
- One step- All-in-one solution. No weighing of ingredients. No mixing powders or using multiple separate solutions.
Applications
We recommend using BioScrub:
- On all new coral arrivals — before adding to your tank
- After fragging corals — to reduce pathogen risk
- During quarantine — regular dips help prevent parasites and pathogens
- If pests are detected — as part of a treatment plan alongside visual inspection and manual egg removal if needed
How To Dip
- Inspect coral- brush off loose detritus first.
- Prepare dipping solution- see dosing table below
- Immerse coral completely in a freshly diluted BioScrub dipping solution. Start timer.
- Gently baste every 2 min to flush pests.
- Dip time: SPS and robust LPS, zoanthids, leathers 8–10 min. Sensitive LPS (Goni, Alveo) or mushrooms 4–5 min.

After Care & Disposal
- Normal polyp extension should resume within 30–60 min.
- Discard used dip down the drain; never pour back into aquarium.
- Rinse tools with fresh water, then RO/DI.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store BioScrub tightly capped, upright, in a cool (15-25 °C), dark place.
Shelf life: 18 months from manufacture.
